WE BEGIN!
On Monday night the cast assembled for our first table read (minus the table) of Shakespeare's"A Midsummer Night's Dream." In addition to graciously providing its athletic field and bleachers for use as our performance space, the Bridgehampton School has also offered HITFest the use of its facilities for our rehearsals. So in a preschool classroom overlooking the green plot that shall be our stage, we made a circle of miniature chairs and gave fresh breath to the spirits, myths and mortals who inhabit the dual kingdom of one of the Bard's most beloved comedies...
